Our founder has spent more than twenty years with hands in the suds — grooming, gentling, and getting to know every coat type, every quirk, every difficult dog that the rest of the industry gave up on. What started as a personal frustration with the products on the shelf eventually became a quiet obsession: to formulate something honest, something safe, something worthy of the dogs we love.
